Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

  1. Customers are not purchasing “Fitciety”. Customers are purchasing a license (via a recurring subscription) to use the application.
  2. If you are not happy with your subscription to Fitciety, please let us know by emailing me at contact@fitciety.co.uk and you will receive a full refund for the month that you are currently in. Your access to the application will end immediately once the refund has been processed.
  3. Alternatively you can end your subscription at any time by logging into your account and going to your Settings menu. If you decide to terminate your subscription you will have access until the next billing cycle, when your access will cease, and no further payments will be taken.

RECURRING PAYMENTS

  1. Subsciptions are renewed monthly, unless you have asked for a refund, or cancelled your account.
  2. The renewal charge will be made to the same credit/debit card, Apple or Google Pay account, and will be automatically charged on the same day every month. For example: If you first signed up on the 15th of the month, then your renewals will be charged on the 15th of each month thereafter.
